300 yards squared

Explanation:

Triangle area = 12 x 5 / 2 = 30

2 Triangles (because there are two of them) = 60

Big rectangle = 8 x 13 = 104

Small Rectangle = 8 x 5 = 40

Medium Rectangle = 96

Add all up = 300
