What time zone do astronauts onboard the International Space Station use?

They use GMT which is Greenwich Mean Time. That’s the time Britain uses when not on daylight savings :)

Astronauts on the ISS use Coordinated Universal Time. (Also equivalent to GMT)

It's no shock that the ISS needs to be fastened to compatible time with so much extent for a serial mess.
