The correct answer is true.

It is true that if a student is not satisfied with the decision of a university provost to refuse his/her transfer credits, he/she may submit a transfer credit appeal to the transfer advisory committee (TAC) subcommittee within 15 days of the receipt of the provost's decision.

This committee supervises the modifications of the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement. In the case of any student does not agree with the decision of the provost, the student can appeal to the Co-chairs of the transfer advisory committee. The student should receive an answer on the following 15 business days. If there is no consensus, then an extra 10 days to review the decision and can finally inform the student about its status.
