I WILL GIVE 30 to 40 POINTS!! Hey guys. I'm new to this math unit and the person teaching me this doesn't explain well. So can someone tell me all about the Pythagorean Theorem? And please be detailed.

Answer:

Explanation:

The Pythagorean Theorem is incredibly useful. It states that
a^(2) +b^(2) =c^(2)(Refer to the image labeled diagram 1). C is the hypotenuse of the triangle, or the longest side. It is always opposite of the right angle in the triangle. a and b are the other two sides, in no specific order. I attached 2 examples.

Hope it helps <3
