Solution,

AB (p) = 11 cm

BC (b) = 4 cm

AC (h) = ?

now,

Using the Pythagoras theorem:


{h}^(2) = {p}^(2) + {b}^(2)


{h}^(2) = {(11)}^(2) + {(4)}^(2)


{h }^(2) = 121 + 16


{h }^(2) = 137


h = √(137)


h = 11.70 \: cm
