n(M)=23

n(T)=4

n(M U T)=24

Mathematically;

n(MUT)=n(M)+n(T)-n(MnT)

24=23+4-n(Mn T)

n(MnT)=3

that is number of men teachers is 3,

so out of 4 teachers there are 3 men ,

and remaining 1 is the women teacher .

so the number of women teachers attending the lecture is 1
