Plato's strategy in The Republic is to first explicate the primary notion of societal, or political, justice, and then to derive an analogous concept of individual justice. In Books II, III, and IV, Plato identifies political justice as harmony in a structured political body.

Answer: A leader, a senate, and good citizens.

Explanation: Okay, so we need a leader because if we need to lead a republic, we have to have a strong, memorable person, we need a senate to always control and judge things if they are fair or not. We also need good citizens to support and respect the republic, and to tell the republic what to fix and what to improve on!
