If you are waiting to receive some information from a friend, how would you feel if they decided to tease and withhold it from you?

It depends on the information, if it was important and not to be played with, id be upset and ask them to stop in a serious manner. if they meant nothing by it then id is excited and playing and teasing back. There is a difference between being a joke and having a laugh.
