Do eukaryotic cells replicate their DNA in the cytoplasm and nuclus?

eukaryotic cells are complex. Cytoplasm is simply what all the organelles are submerged in including the nucleus. RNA is replicated into DNA in the NUCLEUS when cell division is to occur.
