The Spanish Flu was handled differently among the states/cities. Like now, some cities ignored this and did not enforce social distancing laws. Other cities wore masks, stayed indoors, and practiced other methods of social distancing. It definitely could have been handled differently if all states practiced social distancing. Maybe fewer people would have died if they all stayed home. Also, sorry for the late answer. Finding unanswered questions I can answer is difficult.
