Answer:

The concentration of solutes is different in glomerulus, glomerular filtrate and urine is different because with time to time, the useful solutes are absorbed to the blood thus the concentration of useful solutes (that can be used by the body) goes on decresing in the glomerulus. After that, the unwanted solutes (most of which is Urea) remain at the end and are expelled out of the body.
