hello:) for source based case study questions , do I have to compare the content of sources or both the content and purpose?

Compare the content of the sources first then for the highest level, compare the purpose. Do both only if you have time. But I'd suggest to focus on writing a good 2 paragraph based on the content using PEEL first before moving on to the purpose.
