Second: Think about a car. when you are on the high way and your parents say 60 MPH that means going that speed (60MPH) you can get about 60 miles an hour and an hour is 60 min and 60 min is about 3,600 seconds because a min is 60 seconds.

Third: take out any other answer that looks too high or too low.

4th: the answer is A. because 88 and 189 is too high. and 36 is too low.
