Think about the issue of slavery, or segregation in public schools. What is the best way to "fix” the law (and the Constitution) when something is wrong? Should the courts do it, or the legislative branch? Do you believe that judges should be free to interpret the Constitution as they wish, or should they follow a strict constructionist approach?
