You currently can jog 1 mile in 12 minutes, but you have a personal goal of jogging 2 miles in 20 minutes. How would you train to reach your goal?

You could run a mile every other day. This helps you have a break and lets your muscles relax for a day. This helps you body’s muscles get stronger without straining them. Your heart will pump harder getting oxygen to cells faster helping you. When your body learns to run a mile every other day you will be able to run 2 miles in 20 minutes. :)
