•It lead to delay for any discussion, because so many people are consulted in democracy.
•Elected leaders are also not aware of the needs of the ordinary people, therefore it may leads to bad decisions.
•as the government or ruling party changes there is change of policies.
•Leaders keep changing in a democracy which leads to instability.
•Democracy leads to corruption for it is based on electoral competition.
