HELP ME I"M VERYYYY CONFUISED

Two numbers are multiplied and the product is negative. If one number is negative, what is true of the other number?
It is 0.
It is positive.
It could be positive or negative.

Answer:

If it's zero it's neither of them because zero is not a number to multiply with because it will always be zero when multiplying with zero
