Answer: FALSE

Explanation:

False. If the remainder is 193, then the value of the function wouldnt be equal to the remainder. That makes no sense at all. The remainder over x-5 would actually be added onto the real answer

p(x)/(x-5)=q+193

p(x)=q(x-5)+193q

p(5)=q(5-5)+193q= 193q

p(5)=193 if q=1

but

if x=5, p(x) can't be divided by x-5=0
