I’m doing a research question and my topic is about positive effects of laughter and humor on emotional & physical health.

I made my Research question like this by focusing on my topic.“How does humor & laughter play a beneficial role and have an impact in people life physiologically & physically ” but I feel like it too broad and if someone can help me make my research question strong that would be awesome thanks.

something like that I suggest you pinpoint one subject and focus on it, for example, focus on laughter and impact on physical health. Make it specific!
