Eli is following this recipe to bake bread rolls. He uses 700 ml of water. How much of the other ingredients does he use? Recipe: Makes 12 bread rolls 420 g flour 14 g salt 8 g yeast 42 ml oil 400 ml water

salt: 24.5 g
yeast: 14 g
oil: 73.5 ml

If he increases from 400 ml to 700 ml you divide 700/400 to find the multiplication rate and apply that to the other ingredients :)
