there is no question or answer choices here, but i can kind of assume what it would say. During colonial times- the american revolution- southern plantation owners all had slaves. also during this time the national bank was being argued over and established, brought on by Alexander Hamilton himself. This would assume state debt and the owners wanted their land, money, slaves and other resources to be kept to themselves, they felt it was trying to be taken away from them.
