To me it appears that none of them are parallel. I would chose B.
y=-(1)/(3)x-4(the purple one in the graph) because it appears to be the one that is mostly parallel even though it still ends up running into the line. Sorry! I attached the graph of the points and equations! Hope you get it right! Sorry!
