think before you speak, wait until you are calm to express how you feel. take a "time out" to identify possible solutions to your problem. when speaking of the situation try to use "i" statements to avoid accussing people of actions. dont hold a grudge, it isnt healthy of anyone involved in the situation, you can try resolving the situation with humor, or in any way that seems fit.
