(5,-3)

Explanation:

If point A is 6.5 on the x axis away from point M, then point B must be the same distance away. -1.5+6.5=5. If point A is 4 on the y axis away from point M then point B must also be the same distance away. 1-4=-3.

So the answer must be (5,-3)
