So in this case your dividing -3/2 by 9/6

So a strategy I learned was KCF aka. keep change and flip.

Therefore, in this case you keep -3/2

You change the dividing sign into multiply and then you flip 9/6 which makes 6/9.

These leaves us with -3/2 x 6/9

After multiplying, you'll probably get -18/18.

Which leaves us with -1 since if you divide a positive by a negative or a negative by a positive it'll give you a negative number.
