Answer: 33/4 miles per hour

Explanation:

Hi, to answer this question we simple have to divide the distance travelled by the bike (2 3/4) by the time spent (1/3)

Speed rate = distance /time

Replacing with the values given:

S = 2 3/4 ÷ 1/3 = (2x4+3)/4 ÷1/3 =11/4 ÷1/3= 33/4 miles per hour
