Answer (1)

The Bears Ears National monument is different from the other monuments we've looked at so far because it is a treasury that contains time-tested Native American experiences. It is home to some of the nation's earliest antiquities, and people can learn a lot of history from it as it serves as a library, an archive and even as a museum.

Answer (2):

Jim Enote describes the difference between a sacred place and a sacred site first, by describing a site as a place on a map, which is not in any way what he thinks of sacred places. Sacred place to Jim Enote hold values and culture and tell the history of its people.
