given the current situation between Poland Ukraine and Russia should nato be restricted to military actions only involving nato countries, or does nato have the right to become involved in military conflicts amoungts countries not in nato ? why ?

Answer: It is important that NATO countries should stay in close contact with other countries outside the union, in order to protect developing nations from political systems like Communism and Socialism. It would also be a good idea to for NATO to stop more powerful countries from picking on other countries such as the ordeal with Russia and Crimea/southeastern Ukraine.
