Those states in just blue are Pennsylvania, and Washington. Florida, Arizona, and California are mixed so the answer I would choose is, Pennsylvania, and Washington.

California is the correct answer, they entered through angel island, and Arizona does not border water, Florida is not very close to asia so you can use process of elimination, if you want to be entertained and learn more, read The Dragons Child by Laurence Yep
