Formula:
C= 2 r π
Step 1: plug the given radius into the formula
C= 2(16) π
Step 2: multiply them and you should get
C= 32 π
Step 3: then you will want to divide the circumference by 4
360/90 =4
32 π /4 = 8 π
Answer: 8 π inches
