Explain the influence, power, and limits of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights.

Answer:The power is mostly influence, and the influence is mostly moral. That is, the Declaration is actually pretty nebulous, subject to interpretation, and routinely violated. This then is its limits. Any country that wants to violate the Declaration, even after signing it, usually can with few or no consequences.
