Answer: 3/22

Firstly find out how many people do either Drama or Sports so we can single out who does neither.

The 60 kids that do both drama AND sports don't count because every one of them already fits into either Drama or Sports, therefore by counting the 60 we would be counting some students twice. 85 + 200 = 285

To find the kids that do neither, do 330 - 285 = 45

So 45 is the amount of kids that don't do Sports OR Drama. The probability would be the amount of kids that do neither OUT OF the total amount of kids, which is 45/330. You can simplify this fraction to 3/22.
