How does melting glaciers and rising sea levels affect living things around it? What is the impact on people and the environment?

it affects the living things around it because when melting ice glaciers melt all the way and add on to the body of water it was in, then it could cause the body of water that it was in to overflow onto the near by land, therefore affecting the living things around it.
