an organism needs specialized cells in order to do specific things and functions. specialized cells come together and make tissue that has a larger purpose. for example the tissue could be a muscle and the purpose that it creates is organs in/ for the body.

. Groups of specialized cells cooperate to form a tissue, such as a muscle.

.This requires that they take in nutrients, which they use to provide energy for the work that cells do and to make the materials that a cell or an organism needs. Specialized cells perform specialized functions in multicellular organisms.

Hope you have a great day :)
