Answer:

Width=12 cm

Length=22 cm

Explanation:

Let the width be x

Length= 2 cm less than twice the width

=2x-2

Perimeter of a rectangle=2(length+width)

68=2{(2x-2)+x}

68=2(2x-2+x)

68=2(3x-2)

68=6x-4

68+4=6x

72=6x

Divide both sides by 6

72/6=6x/6

12=x

Width=12 cm

Length=2x-2

=2(12)-2

=24-2

=22 cm
