Answer: 40 out of 52 or reduced to 10 out of 13

Explanation:

The probability of a heart is 13/52

You then have 39 cards left of 3 different suits

There will be 3 2's, 3 3's, 3 4's, 3 5's, 3 6's, 3 7's, 3 8's, 3 9's and 3 10's. (27 total)

27 + 13 = 40

40/52 or 10/13
