Explanation:

Points slip form is y-y₁=m(x-x₁)

Since you have a graph we can see the line goes down 2 and over 5. Since the slope is going downwards it is a negative slope. This mean m=-2/5. Then pick any point on the line ( I chose (-5,4)) and plug it in for y₁ and x₁.
