y = 19

Explanation:

y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. We dont know the y-intercept but we now the slope and a point so we can substitute these values in the equation and solve for b.

Solving for b we will end up with b = 11.

now we have the equation y= 2x + 11

we now that x = 4 , so we plug it in.

we will end up with y = 19.
