Answer: -8(y-5) = (x-3)2

Explanation:

Well, p(y-k) = (x-h)2 has Vertex (h,k) = (3,5). So the Distance from vertex to directrix is 2; distance from vertex to focus is 2; focus is directly beneath the vertex. Therefore it's p = -2 ( I hope this helped<3)
