to find the circumfrence of a full circle you use the equation 2

as 8 cm is the radius you do 2*3.14*8 which = 50.24

then to find it of quarter of a circle

50.24/4 = 12.56

to find the half line parallel to 17 cm you do 17-8= 9

overall perimeter=

12.56+8+9+10+17+10 = 66.56
