Explanation:

Look at a point on EFGH, then its corresponding point on E'F'G'H'. Taking E, you can see that E' is one to the right and four down from it.

If you want it in math terms instead of visual ones, you can see that E is (-1, 1) and E' is (0, -3). How do you get from (-1, 1) to (0, 3)? You add 1 to x and subtract 4 from y. You can then go through all 4 points and see this is the relationship between all of them! :-)
