Teens try to isolate them elves which they should not do.

-Get involved in activities you enjoy (or used to).

-Cut back on your social media use

-Volunteer.

they also adopt themselves to stop their schudle and dont adoubt to healtlty habits

(Making healthy lifestyle choices can do wonders for your mood. Things like eating right, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep have been shown to make a huge difference when it comes to depression.)

-they cant find ways to mange stress

Answer:

There is always drama and so many emotions in a teen's life every single day, and and they have no break from it all. So, depression worsens if nobody tries to help fix it.
