Answer:

Mitosis and meiosis are the processes in which a cell divides into more cells. You have the prophase, when chromosomes become visible paired chromatids. Then, the metaphase, the telophase, and then, the anaphase in which cells move to opposite poles to split into cells. Then, the process repeats.
