What are the coordinates of the hole in the graph of the function f(x)?

f(x)=x2−9/x−3

Factor out the numerator first

• y=x²-9/x-3
• y=x²-3²/x-3
• y=(x+3)(x-3)/(x-3)
• y=x+3

The hole is at x-3=0 i.e x=3

And

• y=3+3=6

The hole is at (3,6)
