Answer:I would say it would be A because Athens did care immensely in their knowledge and education but on the other hand Sparta was immensely focused on military because right when a boy would come of age being extremely young they were already be trained to fight and become killing machines essentially. That's why the story was told of how 300 Spartans held off thousands of Persians and defended their home for hours and killed 20,000 Persians in the process.
