If you were a mayor of a small town, what conditions would you consider when trying to

choose between solar, wind, or hydrokinetic power as your main source of power for the
town. In other words, what would make a town a good candidate for each of the sources
listed above? Then describe the negatives associated with your decision.

Answer:

It depends on where this town is. If it near a big river or the ocean I would choose hydrokinetic power. If I am In a windy part of the state or country I would choose wind power. But solar energy would be the best choice if you have no bigger water sources near you but it would be expensive.

So I would probably choose solar power.
