each row has 8 flowers. One section of the
flower bed contains red flowers. There are
8 rows of red flowers. The rest of the flower
bed is white flowers. How many white
flowers are there?​

Red is 8 rows of 8 flowers = 64 flowers. Then for white flowers 26-8 = 18 rows left with 8 flowers in each so 18 x 8 = 144 white flowers.
