The answer is 50.05 because the formula to find the area of a trapezoid is A=1/2h(b1+b2).

You would split the shape into 2 different Shapes. A triangle on the left and a square on the right and find the measurements of the sides of the triangle and square. Then find the area. So for the square it would be 5.5 x 6.5= 35.75 and the triangle would be (5.2 x 5.5)/2= 14.3 Lastly add the answers and you would get the area as 50.05
