(x-5)*2 +(y-4)*2=25

Explanation

Equation of circle is (x-a)*2 + (y-b)*2=r*2

Expand equation to get

x*2 - 2ax + y*2- 2by+ b*2= 0

Then take the points and put them into the equation

You will then have two equations

Solve them simultaneously to find a and b

Where a= 5 and b = 4

After put it back to the equation of the circle
