V = U + at

4.5 = 22 + 6.75a

( 4.5-22) ÷ 6.75 = a

acceleration (a) = -2.6m/s^2 ( negative sign shows deceleration, but actual acceleration is 2.6)

But Force = mass × acceleration

Force = 1400 × 2.6

Force = 3640 N
